Welcome to the Night Owl Support Portal

We have created this portal so we can better assist and communicate with our clients.

The menu to the left currently has three different options:

  1. If you are a Night Owl Full Service Client or Vendor and you need to make a change request, please click on the "Full Service Change Requests" link on the top left
  2. If you wish to open a support ticket, or check on the status of a ticket, please click on the "Client Access Portal" link and it will take you to the login screen. If you are a Night Owl client and you do not have a log in, please call the support number and we will get you set up.
  3. If you are working with a Night Owl Support Specialist and he has given you a PIN so he can remote into your computer, click on the "Remote Support" link.
